Coming from the North, traveling south on 95 take exit 12A (rt. 113, Main Ave). follow 2.5 miles. Take right onto Buttonwoods Ave. (St. Rose of Lima church on left). At next light take a right onto West Shore Road. We are 2nd building on the right (next to Buttonwoods Senior Center).
Coming from the South, traveling north on 95 take exit 12 and follow same above directions.
